Rental Agreement for the Gordon Prange City Park Shelter House

This agreement puts forth regulations for the use of the Gordon Prange City Park Shelter House.
All rentals must be regulated by the City Clerk / Deputy Clerk.

Terms:

The Gordon Prange City Park Shelter House will be a rent-free facility. A $100.00 deposit is required in order to obtain keys to open the facility. Keys for the Shelter House and attached bathrooms will be provided only if the contract is signed and deposit secured.

If a rental date is discussed but a contract is not signed and a deposit is not made and a second renter wants the same date, all effort will be made to contact the first requestor. If they cannot be located, the Shelter House may be rented to the second requestor who has deposit money for that same date.

 The key for Shelter House rental may be picked up 24 hours in advance at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

 Keys to unlock the attached bathrooms will also be provided.

The Shelter House and attached bathrooms will be inspected BEFORE the rental date and will be inspected AFTER the keys have been returned to the City Clerk / Deputy Clerk. If the Shelter House and attached bathrooms are in the same condition as when rented and keys returned to City Hall, the Deposit will be returned. If not in the same condition, the deposit will be used to repair any damages.
