Pomeroy
Boil Water Advisory Lifted
Customers of the Pomeroy Water Supply were notified on July
21, 2010, of a potential concern in the drinking water system
and were advised to boil their water before using for drinking.
We are pleased to report that the problem has been resolved
and the bacteria samples were satisfactory (contained no
bacteria). It is no longer
necessary to boil your water before use.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your
patience.
You
may contact the City at 712-468-2411 with any comments or
questions. This notice is being sent to you by the Pomeory
Water Supply.

Pomeroy has a recycling bin located at the north end of Main
Street.
Accepted Items: Plastic, cardboard, newspaper, magazines,
tin & glass. If bins are
full, please do not leave recycling.
Can Recycling: The can recycling bin is also
located in the same location. Please do not place glass containers
in this area. |
