Pomeroy Lagoon Project The City of Pomeroy, in efforts to comply with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, is in the process of constructing a third cell to its existing sewer system. Pomeroy has received CDBG and SRF funding for this project. New sewer rates have been in place since October of 2008. Engineers:
