Community Building Rental

The Community Building located on 101 Ontario Street here in Pomeroy, Iowa is available for rent.

The Community Building will be inspected before the rental date and will be inspected after the keys have been returned to the City Clerk/Deputy Clerk. If the commumity building and/or Knight Train are in the same condition as when rented, the Deposit will be returned. If not in the same condition, the deposit will be used for repair.

You may pick up the keys for the Community Building 24 hours in advance.

Knight Train Rental

The Knight Train is also available for rent. Deposit is $50 and rental is $50.

All Knight Train renters may pick up the train 8 hours prior to the rental time, or if there is no other rental within 24 hours, it may be picked up 24 hours in advance.

New Shelter House at Prange Park!

Pomeroy has a new shelter house at Gordon Prange Park. This shelter house will be a rent-free facility, however a $100.00 security deposit is required. Keys for the Shelter House and attached bathrooms will be provided only if the contract is signed and deposit secured.

Gordon Prange Park Campsites

Campsites are available with electrical and sewer hookups. Rates for the campsites are $15 per day, and weekly rates are $80.00. Call City Hall for more information: 712-468-2411. A key for the shelter house shower and bathrooms are available for campers at City Hall.
